A new chapter. A new way of working.

The phoenix in my logo has always meant something to me. It represents transformation — the courage to let go of what no longer serves you, so something better can rise in its place. Right now, I am living that experience.

After more than two years of building CFAST — from a home setup to my own premises, a second treatment room, and helping Hannah establish her own business alongside me — I have reached a turning point. One that feels less like a step back, and more like finally stepping into alignment.

The yin and yang at the heart of my brand has always represented balance — the clinical and the natural, the doing and the being. For a long time I was out of balance. Busy, stretched, offering everything to everyone. What I know now is that my greatest gift to my clients is not the number of treatments I can offer — it is the depth of knowledge, care and insight I bring to every single interaction.

So I am choosing to slow down with purpose. I am condensing my hours, working from one location for now — Age Eternal in Eskbank, Midlothian — and focusing entirely on what I do best: Advanced Electrolysis for the permanent removal of benign skin lesions, and root-cause skin consultations that look beyond the surface to find the real cause of your skin concerns for lasting results.

I believe deeply in skin health education — in empowering people to understand their skin rather than just treating the symptoms. That means my role is evolving. I am becoming less of a treatment provider and more of a connector — someone who listens, assesses, educates and refers you to exactly the right specialist for your needs. I have a network of therapists and clinics I trust completely, and I will always make sure you are in the right hands.

Behind the scenes I am also working on exciting new projects — including a new East Lothian location and other developments I cannot wait to share. This slower pace is not retreat. It is preparation.
